The mobile applications developed by Elevate Quality (“we”, “our”), including the Integrated School System, HR & Payroll and Point of Sale, respect your privacy and are committed to protecting users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and manage information obtained when you use our applications from the Google Play Store / App Store.

Information we collect

  • Personal information: name, email, phone number or other information you provide voluntarily.
  • Attendance data: in the HR & Payroll app, face verification data for attendance (face recognition), check-in/check-out times and the device location at the time of attendance.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, device ID, error logs.
  • Usage data: interactions with the app, time spent, features used.

Note: for applications intended for students under 13, we follow applicable law and do not collect personal information without the consent of a parent, guardian or the relevant school.

  • To provide and maintain the application service.
  • To verify attendance through face recognition for HR & payroll purposes.
  • To improve performance and the user experience.
  • To analyse usage and fix bugs.
  • To contact users when necessary.

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

The applications may use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase or face recognition providers for attendance features. Each service has its own privacy policy, which we recommend you read.

Data security

Every deployment runs on its own separate application server, database and storage, with automatic daily backups. However, no system is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without the consent of a parent, guardian or authorised school.
